Community Update

I used to be a Allstate customer and due to premium increase, we had to move out to a different insurance provider. In the meantime, Allstate screwed up my account and billed me some additional money which was sue to accounting error. I did not pay up as I was waiting for them to fix it. But the account went to collections (Allstate sent it to collection) and I did not want to mess up my credit and eventually paid up. All the time, i was in touch with Linya Sheu from AllPlus agency and she was following up with Allstate as well. After I paid the money, I kind of thought its gone, and there is no way to fight these people. And I gave up. However, hats off to Linya and her agency, she never called it quits. She was following up with Allstate as its her own and finally gave me back my money after she forced allstate for a manual review. No, its not done yet. Then she emails me that the refund is incorrect and they will refund me more. And this is after 4 months I quit Allstate. So I am no more a customer to her, and by 3/4 months, people will happily forget you lest your refund etc. But this agency and Linya Sheu will not. I am unfortunate to leave her business but I would love to come back to her agency anyday. She is a excellent and go to any extent to give you a best price and discount. Highly recommend her business. Trust me, you will not regret to do business with her.
