The fountain at the Cupertion Civic Center was devoid of frolicking kids at least briefly Monday but instead we found double-duty deputy dogs doing the dance.
OK, so only one was dancing and it was actually with his leash which was trapping one of his hind legs, but he was looking kinda hip hopping around there.
