Reader Photos: Los Gatos Social Club Halloween Party

Thousands of kids, parents and just curious visitors descended upon the center of town Wednesday to delight in the frightful and fun decorations along the historic Almond Grove District, which includes Tait Avenue and surrounding streets.

Members and friends of The Los Gatos Social Club were hosted Halloween in the lovely Wilder Avenue home of Vicki and Steve Kellogg in the historic Almond Grove District in downtown.

Guests came and went, venturing out onto Tait Avenue and other frightening and wonderfully decorated nearby environs.

Heartier souls concluded the evening at C.B. Hannegan's —still in full swing late into the evening.

Thanks to Los Gatos Patch reader and contributor Grant Atwell for submitting these lovely photos!

LG Social Clubbers know how to celebrate any occasion with more energy, enthusiasm and style than most. I would like to add, however, that beyond the mere appearances of fun and merrymaking, there's always an element of learning something new. Leave it to this group to creatively introduce new cutting edge cultural and technological trends at a Halloween Party. Thanks Jonathan for showing up “Steampunked!" I feel so enlightened!!!!
