    Where/When: Cupertino Square, 10123 N. Wolfe Road, Cupertino; Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Sears Parking lot.

    Why go: Find a wide selection of locally-grown fresh seasonal vegetables, pesto, honey, baked goods, eggs and more. 408-777-3081.

  2. LIVE MUSIC AND BELLY DANCING

    Where/When: Arya Global Cuisine, 19930 Stevens Creek Blvd., Cupertino; 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

    Why go: Sample foods from around the world while enjoying a live international music and belly dance program. 408-996-9606.

  3. SUPER SATURDAY

    Where/When: Rancho Rinconada, 18000 Chelmsford Dr., Cupertino; Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m.

    Why go: Enjoy an afternoon of socializing with others over card games, crafts, snacks, or a movie. The event is open to all ages, but is geared toward an older crowd.

  4. INDIAN COOKING WITH FHARZANA ELANKUMARAN

    Where/When: Cupertino Community Hall, 10350 Torre Ave., Cupertino; Saturday from 3 to 4 p.m.

    Why go: Learn the principles of healthy, aware cooking and use them to prepare delicious Indian dishes with professional cooking blogger. Sign up for the class at the Cupertino Library’s Adult Reference desk on the second floor. 408-777-3120.

  5. CUPERTINO OAKS FARMERS MARKET

    Where/When: Oaks Center, 21269 Stevens Creek Blvd., Cupertino; Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

    Why go: Take a stroll through the market and check out a wide selection of California fruits and vegetables, breads, honey, local eggs and hummus. Sponsored by the West Coast Farmers Association.
