2013 Silicon Valley Fall Festival Planned in Cupertino

Changes this year include an expanded Kids Zone.

The 2013 Silicon Valley Fall Festival will take place at Memorial Park in Cupertino, Saturday, Sept. 21, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. The multicultural community festival is a family event of games, music, education, entertainment and food for all. There is no entrance fee, and parking is free at De Anza College.

“Families throughout Silicon Valley enjoy this day of fun and relaxation,” said Sunil Nethisinghe, a member of the Cupertino Rotary Club and co-chair of this year’s festival. “We responded to attendee input and have expanded the Kids Zone, and we will offer beer and wine this year.”

There will be an Earth Zone, Cultural Fair, musical and dance performances from around the world, high school robotics and fine art competitions in addition to the Kids Zone.
