STARTER
Citrus Salad Spinach lightly tossed with sweet vinaigrette dressing and topped with fresh strawberries, mandarin oranges and shredded mozzarella cheese

MAIN COURSE (select one)
All entrees are served on a hot volcanic rok and come with dipping sauce, fresh seasonal vegetables and choice of garlic mash, rice or fresh fruit. The roks are sprinkled with healthy Himalayan salt.

Sirloin Tip - Certified Angus Beef center tip sirloin seared on a hot volcanic rok
Cajun or Garlic Herb Chicken - Boneless skinless chicken breast with choice of Cajun or garlic herb seasoning
Portabella Mushroom - Feta cheese stuffed giant portabella mushroom served with balsamic vinaigrette
Rok Ahi - Pacific Ahi tuna ~ from sea to searing stone
Pork Tenderloin - All natural pork tenderloin w/ applesauce & caramel dipping sauce

Price is $24.00 in advance. Reservations are required by March 8.
Children (ages 12 and under): $12.
50% of the ticket price is contributed in support of CSA's Food & Nutrition Center.

I too was at this Challenge Day. It was my 6th. I first volunteered because I watched the programRead More on MTV "If You Really Knew Me" when my son was being severely bullied in middle school and saw the program was offered when he was a freshman in high school. My company strongly supports me volunteering for this and allows me to take the day off work to attend. I am continually humbled by what these teens share and saddened at what some of them have experienced in their short lives. This program is so valuable. I think every school should offer it and every parent should attend. It helps us to realize that we need to think twice before we judge or assume things about others when we know nothing about them. It is the volunteering opportunity that I look forward to participating in every year.
