and is celebrating all week long. Wednesday's special event, which runs from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. is a book signing by the owners of Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream, Sean Vahey and Jake Godby.
Their book, aptly titled Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream Book, gives out the secret recipes for Secret Breakfast and others, as well as recipes for sundaes and toppings. Some of the unique flavors you'll find at Bitter+Sweet include Tahitian Vanilla, Sweet Summer Corn, and Cantaloupe Cayenne Sorbet.
There's a raffle going on as well where lucky winners can nab such things as a bag of coffee beans or a latte art class. The owner of Sightglass Coffee—the coffee behind the delicious drinks at the shop—will be at Bitter+Sweet for a brewing class on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
