Supporting the health and well being of the area’s youth is as easy as wolfing down a slice of pizza pie— pizza, that is.
From 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8 Amici’s Cupertino and downtown San Jose locations will donate 100 percent of the sales (of everything, not just pizza) to the Sharks Foundation, which focuses on education, health and safety, and character development of youth.
Go between 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and you find sharks swarming about—San Jose Sharks, that is.
Players and other team personalities will be on-hand for signing autographs.
The Sharks Foundation began in 1994 it has donated more than $5.2 million to more than 109 local beneficiaries, contributing $272,121 in monetary grants during the 2010-2011 season alone.
Amici’s is located at 10310 S. De Anza Blvd. in Cupertino and it’s San Jose address is 225 W. Santa Clara St.
