What Should Go In The Marketplace?

There are several vacant spaces at The Marketplace, and we’d like to know what you would like to see here.

In case you don’t know this shopping center by the name, The Marketplace, it’s where Merlion Restaurant, Marukai (Japanese grocery), Daiso, and Beard Papa are located.

There are two vacant spots on the ground floor and one on the 2nd floor.  A couple of doors down from the popular Yogurtland is a space that has about 2000 square feet.  This was previously Holiday Cleaners.

There’s also a larger space on the other side of Marukai Market, next to La Patisserie Bakery.  This spot has about 4300 square feet and was previously an office.  It is possible to convert it to another type of use.

And finally, there’s a space on the 2nd floor directly above Merlion Restaurant.  This space was previously occupied by Bay Area Bridal/New Things West.  They moved to Vallco Shopping Mall.
