Leading San Jose Wealth Management Firm, Hillis Financial Services, Expands Executive Team with Addition of Henry R. Goldstone, CPA

San Jose, Calif. — January 16, 2014 Hillis Financial Services, a San Jose-based independent wealth management firm with nearly $330 million in brokerage and advisory client assets under management as of January 1, 2014, proudly announces the addition of Henry (“Buddy”) R. Goldstone to its executive team. A long-time strategic partner of Hillis Financial Services, Goldstone has retired as partner at Petrinovich Pugh & Company, LLP where he provided tax planning, business consulting, succession planning, estate planning and financial planning for businesses and individuals since 1985. Goldstone will serve as senior vice president at the firm.

Goldstone’s areas of expertise include tax and business planning, income and estate tax planning, business valuations, business succession planning, asset allocation analysis and more. In addition to his previous role at Petrinovich Pugh & Company, Goldstone served as principal with Financial Planning Consultants, LLC in San Jose which provides consulting and investment management services. At the beginning of his career, he was the accounting manager at a manufacturing company and a controller for a telecommunications startup company. Goldstone has a degree in Accounting from San Diego State University and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 Certifications with LPL Financial.
