The Bay Area News Group has announced its list of the Top Workplaces in 2013 and four businesses close to Cupertino made the list.
In all, awards were given to 95 employers from Santa Rosa down to Carmel.
The awards are given out based only on employee feedback. Workers across the Bay Area filled out surveys conducted by Workplace Dynamics, resulting in 95 businesses across the region receiving accolades.
Zero businesses within the Cupertino city limits were given the honor, but four just outside town were including California Water Service Group in Los Altos, Del Grande Dealer Group Nissan in Sunnyvale, Any Mountain in San Jose and Pet Food Express in Saratoga.
Nope, Apple did not make the list.
Pet Food Express is a regular for the award, having received it every year since 2010. They earned their first employee-based accolades back in 1996.
