Cupertino Easter Worship Schedule

The following Cupertino churches will be observing Easter with special worship services.

ST. JOSEPH OF CUPERTINO CATHOLIC CHURCH, 10110 N.  De Anza Blvd., 408-252-7653, 8 p.m. Saturday, March 30, bilingual Easter vigil; 8 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Easter Sunday, March 31.

GOOD SAMARITAN UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 19624 Homestead Rd., 408-253-0751, 8:45 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. Easter Sunday services, March 31.

WEST VALLEY PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 6191 Bollinger Rd., 408-252-1365, 9:30 a.m. Easter Sunday, March 31. Every worship service features a children's message in the sanctuary. Children are then dismissed to go to Sunday School.

SAINT JUDE'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH, 20920 McClellan Rd., 408-252-4166, office@saintjudes.org, the Great Vigil of Easter with incense, 8 p.m. Saturday, March 30. Outdoor kindling of a new fire and the lighting of the Pascal candle, then move through the waters of Baptism to the first Easter Eucharist this year. Then 8 a.m. Sunday, March 31, Festival Choral Eucharist; 9 a.m. potluck brunch in parish hall. Bring a dish to share. Followed by 9:45 a.m. Easter egg hunt for children fifth-grade and younger. Bring a basket for the egg hunt. 10:30 a.m.  Festival Choral Eucharist. Children are asked to bring bells and flowers for the flowering of the cross. Adults may participate also.
