Nominate a 'Star' for Chamber of Commerce Award
The chamber is looking for outstanding citizens and businesses.
The Cupertino Chamber of Commerce is looking for model citizens and businesses to receive the 2012 Star award.
The annual award will be given to those demonstrating outstanding service to the Cupertino community. Applicants will be judged on the basis of civic involvement, history of service and leadership skills.
Three awards will be given: two for Business of the Year (large and small), and Citizen of the Year.

The nomination form can be completed online, and must be received by 5 p.m., Dec. 14.

The award ceremony will be held on Saturday, Mar. 24 at the Cypress Hotel.
