YMCA Comes to Meet Patch Editor at Bitter+Sweet

When I put out the at and invited the community to stop by and say hello—along with the added incentive of coffee—Courtney Cordero, associate director of communications for came to meet me.

And a thank you to her for coming by was a serving of Humphrey Slocombe After School Special ice cream. (Thanks to Bitter+Sweet owner, for buying it for her—Courtney said it was yummy.)

Through our conversation we decided the Y and Courtney need to blog on Patch to help all of you out there learn about all the great things going on there. Watch for a partnership between the Y, Cupertino Patch and Bitter+Sweet. We're cooking up a fundraising event. Details to come.
