By The Green Beanie
The Green Beanie makes an awesome dish with chickpeas, eggplant, tahini, and other awesomeness.
If you boil the chickpeas instead of getting them in a can, then let one cup of the dry uncooked stuff soak overnight and then boil it for half an hour on medium.
