Get rid of old meds safely at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Saturday

Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara site of med disposal Saturday 10a-2pm

Kaiser Permanente’s Santa Clara Medical Center is one of many Kaiser Permanente hospitals throughout Northern California that will serve as  collection sites on April 26th for the disposal of expired, unwanted and unused medicines. The service is free, easy and anonymous.

Saturday is National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day, sponsored by the Drug Enforcement Administration, local law enforcement, and hospitals. It is a national effort to dispose safely of unwanted, expired, or unused medications, which are a leading cause of accidental poisoning and/or environmental pollution
