Be Fit with 2B Fit Body Boot Camp

Local fitness expert can help you create a healthy, slim physique with her 45-minute fitness boot camp for women.

If you are ready to stop the yoyo dieting, the boring workouts, the self sabotage and get into the best shape of your life, look no further because Kim Vassar, fitness expert and certified personal trainer in Cupertino will help you achieve your fitness goals. She specializes in women's fitness, diet and nutrition and is extremely passionate about her career.

“Once you discover my Cupertino fitness boot camp, you will never have an excuse to feel bad or complain about fat thighs, dieting or an ugly stomach," Vassar says. “So if you just like to complain then our Cupertino Fit Body Boot Camp isn't for you. On the other hand, if you're seeking answers and truth to finally ending your fitness frustrations forever, I can help you.”

Cupertino Fit Body Boot Camp is a fitness program designed for women who want to workout in a fun and motivating atmosphere. It includes top-notch fitness instruction, nutritional coaching and motivational training all designed to get you in the best shape of your life in the shortest, safest possible time regardless of your current fitness level. Unlike a traditional health club you won't encounter intimidation, overcrowding, and broken down equipment.

You also won’t need to spend one to two hours in the gym every single day to achieve the same results you would get in 45-minutes with her boot camp.

“We wonder why we postpone going to the gym...we just don't have the time," she says. “I know I don't, and that's why I created this system, for women just like you and me!”

Don’t worry if you are a woman that has not been physically active for some time. Vassar welcomes all fitness levels in her boot camp classes and no one will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely.

“Weather you have five or 50 pounds to lose, or just those stubborn 10, you'll find that Fit Body Boot Camp is just the program for you," Vassar says.

“Women of all ages, abilities and fitness levels regularly attend and achieve incredible results.”

According to Vassar, you can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average you'll drop three to six pounds, one to two dress sizes, and two to five percent body fat every 30 days. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and "bloat" and increase confidence.

Exercise routines vary and each workout program is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time. You can expect some light running, resistance training, obstacle courses, core, body weight, and team training in this ongoing fitness program. Classes are held indoors and outdoors, and typically have between 10-22 women per session.

“It's always an adventure!” she says.

Vassar has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and is ACE ad AFAA certified. She attended Cal State Hayward where she majored in Physical Education and minored in Nutrition.

Her all-women’s fitness boot camp meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. at in Cupertino. To learn more about her program, go to www.2bfitbodybootcamp.com, or contact Vassar at 650-917-9961.

It's difficult to know what's going on in a kid's mind unless they feel confident enough to open upRead More and talk. And this program helps us adults to learn to listen differently.

I too was at this Challenge Day. It was my 6th. I first volunteered because I watched the programRead More on MTV "If You Really Knew Me" when my son was being severely bullied in middle school and saw the program was offered when he was a freshman in high school. My company strongly supports me volunteering for this and allows me to take the day off work to attend. I am continually humbled by what these teens share and saddened at what some of them have experienced in their short lives. This program is so valuable. I think every school should offer it and every parent should attend. It helps us to realize that we need to think twice before we judge or assume things about others when we know nothing about them. It is the volunteering opportunity that I look forward to participating in every year.
