According to the police log, the suspects fled through a hole they had cut in the east fence to an awaiting car on the southbound Hwy. 17 onramp. The suspects were caught on video returning two more times later in the night to steal more merchandise.

The Campbell Police Department is asking the public to be extremely cautious of purchasing iPads, iPods, and iPhones from individual sellers and locations other than legitimate storefront retail locations, the release stated. The risk of receiving stolen property through individual online sales is high.

Campbell Police are still investigating this incident, along with Fry’s loss prevention team, and the regional Rapid Enforcement Allied Computer Team task force and although it is something police always look into, "there is no evidence that it is an inside job," Adams said.
