Two homes on N. Stelling Road near Greenleaf Drive were on fire Thursday. Stay tuned to Patch for updates.

Firefighters put out a three-alarm fire in Cupertino Thursday afternoon, a Santa Clara County fire dispatcher said.

The fire, which affected two homes on North Stelling Road near Greenleaf Drive, was reported at 3:33 p.m., the dispatcher said.

"Cupertino commuters will want to avoid Stelling between Homestead and Stevens Creek—the fire department is working on containing a residential fire. Stelling is closed to through traffic," wrote Jeanne Bradford on Cupertino Patch's Facebook page.

Cupertino Patch is following this event and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Thanks to Diana Keh, Patch reader and blogger, for the video and photo. Her shop, FitGeek Sports, is right down the street from this fire.

Chris: Sheriff's office says they have no reports of injuries, but haven't been able to confirm that yet with the fire department. We'll keep a positive thought for everyone.
