Cupertino Sheriff's Blotter, April 24-28: Resisting Arrest, Burglary, Petty Theft

A look at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's arrests for Cupertino for the period of April 24-28, 2013. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • Chris Lim, 19, of San Jose, 11:02 p.m. April 8, at De Anza Boulevard and Via Vico in Cupertino, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction due to violations of stop requirements.
  • Eduardo Martinez, 37, of San Jose, April 24, at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Finch Avenue in Cupertino, for two infractions related to change of address, using wireless telephone device while driving and misdemeanor suspended license.
  • Subrat Nayak, 30, of San Francisco, 6:37 p.m. April 11, at Stelling Road and Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, for misdemeanor driving with license suspended, revoked and an infraction related to improperly driving on a single lane.
  • Vincent Forde, 26, of San Jose, 9 p.m. April 11, at Highway 280 and De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Ki Kim, 18, of San Jose, 10:57 p.m. April 24, at De Anza Boulevard and Prospect Road in Cupertino, for three infractions related to failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and possession of marijuana in vehicle.
Trespassing/Resisting Arrest

  • Carolyn Carlsonlyle, 52, of Campbell, 11:15 a.m. April 25, at 10435 No. Tantau Ave. in Cupertino, for misdemeanor trespassing and resisting arrest, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. Bail set at $2,000.

Burglary

  • Jimmy Gan, 64, of Saratoga, 12:06 p.m. April 26, at 1 Infinite Loop in Cupertino, for felony first-degree burglary. Bail set at $10,000.
Petty Theft

  • Yuan Lin, 32, of Santa Clara, 3:44 p.m. April 26, on Homestead Road in Cupertino, for misdemeanor petty theft of personal property/larceny. Bail set at $7,500.
Under the Influence

  • Sungwook Park, 19, of San Jose, 12:45 p.m. April 28, at Judy Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard, for misdemeanor being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or controlled substance. Bail set at $250.
  • Charles Newton, 43, of Campbell, 4:55 p.m. April 28, at 10101 No. Wolfe Rd. and Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, for misdemeanor being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or controlled substance. Bail set at $250.
