Petty Theft

• A 21-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 10 p.m. July 9 at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Bandley Drive in Cupertino for misdemeanor petty theft of personal property. Bail set at $5,000.

• A 29-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at 10 p.m. June 25 at Clubhouse Lane and McClellan Road in Cupertino for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• A 22-year-old Sunnyvale man was arrested at 10:14 p.m. June 26 at Homestead Road and Forge Way in Cupertino for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and misdemeanor suspended license.
• A 57-year-old Saratoga man was arrested at 3:32 p.m. June 19 on Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino for hit-and-run.
• A 28-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 1:57 a.m. June 29 at Seven Springs Parkway and Pine Brook Lane in Cupertino for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and misdemeanor suspended license.
• A 20-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 10:30 a.m. July 8 at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Judy Avenue in Cupertino for an infraction related to failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• A 43-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 2:20 p.m. May 15 at De Anza and Stevens Creek boulevards for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and an expired registration.
• A 42-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 8:40 a.m. July 11 at Homestead and Wolfe roads in Cupertino for two infractions related to driving with privileges suspended or revoked and using wireless telephone device while driving.
  

• A 51-year-old Sunnyvale man arrested at 3:50 p.m. May 14 at De Anza Boulevard and Pacifica Drive in Cupertino for an infraction related to smoking a pipe, cigar, or cigarette in a motor vehicle, whether in motion or at rest, in which there is a minor.

• A 37-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 5:56 p.m. July 10 on Homestead Road in Cupertino for misdemeanor DUI and driving while unlicensed. Bail set at $5,000.
