• Joan Alameda, 52, of Cupertino, 9 a.m. June 13, at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of controlled substance, alcohol, drugs. Bail set at $5,250.
  

• Gerardo Lopez, 48, of Sunnyvale, 4:40 p.m. May 31, at Homestead Road and De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and suspended license.
• Alejandro Fuentes, 34, of San Jose, 6:17 a.m. June 12, at Bubb Road and Pumpkin Drive in Cupertino, for infractions related to not complying with stop requirements, driving when privilege is suspended or revoked and failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle.
• Augustine Arroyo, 22, of San Jose, 6:10 p.m. May 8, at De Anza Boulevard and Highway 280 in Cupertino, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for a windshield or window violation.

• Myron Fung, 19, of San Jose, 2:15 p.m. June 7, at 19831 La Mar Ave. in Cupertino, for misdemeanor being a person under the age of 21 purchasing, consuming alcohol in on-sale premises.

• Paritosh Kulkarni, 27, of Cupertino, 1:35 a.m. June 12, at Fallenleaf and De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.

• Pedro Soria, 40, of Cupertino, 10:06 a.m. June 12, at the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center in Elk Grove, for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia, using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and felony possession of controlled substance.
• Gregory Cottarel, 19, of Mountain View, 5:33 a.m. June 11, at Stevens Creek Park in Cupertino, for an infraction for possession of marijuana and misdemeanor driving an unregistered vehicle and possession of alcoholic beverage under the age of 21.

• Ali Hamidi, 48, of Sunnyvale, 4:30 p.m. April 22, at 19550 Stevens Creek Blvd. in Cupertino, for misdemeanor furnishing tobacco, smoking paraphernalia to person under the age of 18 years.
