Cupertino Sheriff's Blotter, June 24-25: Battery, Burglary, Underage Possession

A look at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's arrests for Cupertino for the period of June 24-25, 2013. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • A 22-year-old San Jose woman was arrested at 11:45 a.m. June 14 at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Bandley Drive in Cupertino for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for an expired registration
  • A 26-year-old Cupertino man was arrested at 1:02 a.m. May 23 on Castine Avenue in Cupertino for misdemeanor vandalism with damages between $5,000 and $50,000, driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and license plate violation.
  • A 32-year-old Cupertino man was arrested at 3:14 p.m. May 25 at Bollinger Road and Windsor Street for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for driving without due caution.
  • A 30-year-old San Jose woman was arrested at 11:32 a.m. June 16 at Bandley Drive and Mariani Avenue in Cupertino for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for not following stop requirements.
  • A 31-year-old Campbell man was arrested at 6:12 a.m. April 21 at Highway 280 and Wolfe Road in Cupertino, for misdemeanor reckless driving.
  • A 20-year-old Santa Clara man was arrested at 12:10 a.m. May 1 at Bollinger Road and Johnson Avenue in Cupertino for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • A 33-year-old San Jose woman was arrested at 9:55 a.m June 24 at  Stevens Creek Boulevard and Blaney Avenue in Cupertino for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for using wireless telephone device while driving.

Battery/Domestic Violence

  • A 46-year-old Cupertino man was arrested at 12:10 a.m. June 24 at an indecipherable location in Cupertino for misdemeanor batter on former spouse, fiance or cohabitant. Bail set at $10,000.

Burglary/Embezzlement

  • A 26-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 2:09 p.m. June 25 on So. De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, for felony first-degree burglary and embezzlement of more than $400. Bail set at $20,000.

Underage Possession

  • A 20-year-old Sunnyvale man was arrested at 2:44 a.m. June 23 on Dolores Avenue in Cupertino for misdemeanor possession of alcoholic beverage under the age of 21.
