• Alejandro Gomez, 46, of San Jose, 12:35 p.m. June 6, at De Anza Boulevard and Bollinger Road in Cupertino, for felony altercation/falsification of evidence. Bail set at $10,000.

• Rajitha Selamkoti, 37, of Cupertino, 4:30 p.m. June 6, at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for felony presenting false or fraudulent insurance.

• David Kay, 36, of Santa Clara, 11:50 p.m. June 10, at 20955 Stevens Creek Blvd. in Cupertino, for misdemeanor possession of fireworks without a permit, resisting, delaying, obstructing a peace officer and felony first-degree burglary. Bail set at $22,000.

• Connor Smith, 23, of Los Altos, 2:10 a.m. June 8, at De Anza Boulevard and Rainbow in Cupertino, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.

• Zhaoxia Wu, 52, of Cupertino, 11:40 a.m. June 8, at 20800 Homestead Road and Stelling in Cupertino, for misdemeanor disorderly conduct/prostitution and felony robbery. Bail set at $150,000. Defendant released on bail, own recognizance.
