Cupertino Sheriff's Blotter, May 28-June 3

A look at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's arrests for Cupertino for the period of May 28-June 3, 2013. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Possession

  • Abigael Custado, 23, of San Jose, 1 p.m. May 28, at Rodriguez Avenue and De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, for misdemeanor selling or aiding in selling stolen property and felony possession of controlled substance. Bail set at $20,000.
  • Usman Tahir, 18, of Cupertino, 11:29 a.m. May 29, at 21840 McClellan Rd. in Cupertino, for misdemeanor possession of marijuana, 28 grams.


Possession/Petty Theft

  • Damien Warren, 18, of Cupertino, 9 a.m. May 28, at 13231 Montebello Rd. in Cupertino, for misdemeanor petty theft of personal property/larceny, possession of graf device, and two infractions for improper bike operation on roadway and possession of marijuana.

DUI

  • Ronald Wong, 31, of Cupertino, 4:15 a.m. June 1, at 2436 Fallenleaf Lane in Cupertino, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
  • Armando Cruz, 39, of San Jose, 12:40 a.m. June 2, at De Anza Boulevard and Homestead Road in Cupertino, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.

Under the Influence

  • Tyler Nakamura, 26, of Cupertino, 5:15 a.m. June 1, at September Drive and McClellan Road in Cupertino, for misdemeanor being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or controlled substance, Bail set at $250.

Hit-And-Run

  • Sabahat Hasan, 36, of Sunnyvale, 10:25 a.m. May 21 at 10730 Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, for misdemeanor hit-and-run.
