Cupertino Sheriff's Blotter, May 6-10: Child Pornography, Fraud

A look at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's arrests for Cupertino for the period of May 6-10, 2013. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Fraud

  • Monica Jarvis, 18, of Santa Clara, 12:48 a.m. Aug. 4, 2012, at Homestead Road and Blaney Avenue in Cupertino, for manufacturing deceptive government document.

Petty Theft

  • Susmita Sijapati, 39, of Sunnyvale, 8 p.m. May 6, at 10333 No. Wolfe Rd. in Cupertino, for misdemeanor petty theft of personal property.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • David Tuakalau, 20, of Santa Clara, 12:10 a.m. May 1, at Bollinger Road and Johnson Avenue in Cupertino, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Jordan Princeau, 25, of San Jose, 12:42 p.m. April 23, at De Anza Boulevard and Rollingdell Drive in Cupertino, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and three infractions related to having an expired registration, windshield or window violation and failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle.
  • Steven Garza, 45, of San Jose, 10:55 a.m. April 10, at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Calvert in Cupertino, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions for misusing registration and failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle.
  • Donny Hernandez, 34, of San Jose, 3:50 p.m. May 6, at De Anza Boulevard and Rollingdell Drive in Cupertino, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for not wearing a seat belt.
  • Cristian Ramos, 21, of Cupertino, 10:15 a.m. May 10, at Hedding and San Pedro streets in San Jose, for misdemeanor reckless driving and three infractions related to having an expired registration, failing to provide financial responsibility of vehicle and improper smog device.
Possession

  • Kayla Hinkle, 23, of San Jose, 4:55 a.m. May 9, at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Saich Way in Cupertino, for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance. Bail set at $13,000.
  • Shane Robertson, 38, of Cupertino, 3:40 a.m. May 9, at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Saich Way in Cupertino, for an infraction for possession of marijuana.
Possession of Child Pornography

  • Eliseo Rivera Ramirez, 35, of Cupertino, 8 a.m. May 10, at 7625 Rainbow Drive in Cupertino, for felony possession of child pornography. Bail set at $25,000.
