Although he takes medicine daily, he did not take any on Friday morning. Due to his disease, he is considered "at-risk" by the Sheriff's Office.

Although he was not carrying money, ID or a cell phone, the Sheriff's Office said he is indentifiable by his missing right thumb. His truck has a California license plate that reads 4X67167 and he was last seen wearing black jeans and a blue sweatshirt.
