Motorcyclist Who Died in Saratoga Crash ID'd

The man who crashed on Highway 9 Saturday morning later died at the hospital.

A motorcyclist who was killed in a crash in Saratoga on Saturday morning has been identified as John Do, 28, of San Jose, according to the Santa Clara County coroner's bureau.

Do was hospitalized in critical condition after deputies responded to a report of a motorcycle crash on state Highway 9 and Saratoga Avenue at 11:47 a.m., sheriff's officials said.

He was later pronounced dead at the hospital, according to sheriff's officials.

@Anne: Because I worked in the E R for 10 years +. Any unidentified person is considered a "John Doe". But are you actually saying that really is his name?

Yes, I too, am very familiar with the unidentified person "John and Jane Doe". "Do" is a common Vietnamese name.

He's my cousin :( His name is Chau Do but goes by John.
