No Bail Set for Sierra LaMar's Alleged Abductor

Water searches will continue this week. Antolin Garcia-Torres is being held in county jail; no bail set.

Following the arrest of suspect in the disappearance of missing teenager Sierra LaMar, sheriff’s deputies will resume water searches this week in the South County area.

The dive team will use again at ways in and around Morgan Hill, according to Sgt. Jose Cardoza, spokesman for Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office.

Garcia-Torres is being held without bail in the county main jail. His next court date is May 24 at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, but may change to the Hall of Justice in San Jose.

Garcia-Torres was arrested Monday as the main suspect in the disappearance and possible murder of , 15, who was last seen on her way to school the morning of March 16.
