Santa Clara County Sheriff Laurie Smith discussed Tuesday morning the arrest of Antolin Garcia-Torres on Monday night on charges kidnapping and murdering Sierra LaMar.

Sierra's parents also spoke about the case.

Her mother, Marlene LaMar, is a graduate of Milpitas High School.
