• Ayshah Maiorano, 39, of Los Gatos, June 23, 4:53 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor inflict corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant.
• Nathaniel Jones, 51, of Milpitas, June 25, 3:51 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Superior Court, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance, reckless driving and felony inflict corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant.

Protective Order Violation

DUI

• Candie Price, 43, of Campbell, June 23, 1:30 p.m., at 2856 Joseph Ave., No. 8 at Tomasina in Campbell, for misdemeanor use/being under the influence of a controlled substance, and felony possession of narcotics, controlled substance. Bail set at $15,000.
• Jaime Price, 48, of Campbell, June 23, 1:30 p.m., at 2856 Joseph Ave., No. 8 at Tomasina in Campbell, for felony parole hold, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana over 28.5 grams or one ounce, and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
• Anthony Peterson, 26, of San Jose, June 23, 2:35 a.m., at Calvert Street and Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, for misdemeanor petty theft/personal property, narcotics registrant, resisting, delaying, obstructing a peace officer and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. • Abraham Burciaga, 44, of San Jose, June 25, 2:30 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, 301 Diana Ave. and Butterfield Blvd., for speeding, driving with privileges suspended or revoked, expired registration, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle, windshield obstructing view and driving with a suspended license. Bail set at $16,000.

Watercraft While Under the Influence
