David Fikary, 56, of Cupertino, May 5, 4:15 p.m., at Orange Blossom Drive and Aster Lane in Cupertino, for a misdemeanor related to battery on former spouse, fiance or cohabitant and three felonies related to inflicting corporal injury upon a child, forcible spousal rape and inflicting corporal injury on spouse, cohabitant.

DUI

  • Lowell Magleby, 41, of Los Gatos, May 2, 10:24 p.m., at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Janice Avenue in Cupertino, for DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
  • Jeffrey Jones, 38, of Saratoga, May 2, 11:15 p.m., at No. Santa Cruz Avenue and Blossom Hill Road in Los Gatos, for DUI. Bail set at $10,000.

Jerry Hendrickson, 49, of Gilroy, May 3, 12:10 a.m., at Monterey Road and Travel Park Circle in Gilroy, for two felonies related to possession of marijuana/hash for sale and misdemeanor possession of controlled substance. Bail set at $21,000.

Contracting Without a License

[Name Removed], 44, of Los Gatos, May 3, 10:30 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse, Dept. 23, in San Jose, for three misdemeanors related to accepting payment exceeding work performed, contracting without a license, excessive down payment and felony diversion of funds over $1,000.

Driving With Privileges Suspended

  • Justin Yaws, 25, transient, May 3, 2 p.m., at Camden and Curtner avenues in Campbell, for failure to appear and driving with privileges suspended. Bail set at $5,000.
  • Fatima Machado, 28, of Santa Clara, 11:05 p.m., Feb. 24, at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Portal Avenue in Cupertino, for a misdemeanor related to driving with privileges suspended or revoked and a citation for failing to provide financial responsibility of the vehicle.
  • Henry Mora, 40, of San Jose, 8:50 p.m., March 10, at Highland Way and Mount Bache Road in Los Gatos, for a misdemeanor related to driving with privileges suspended or revoked and a citation for having an expired registration.

Using Wireless Phone While Driving

Peter Ellis, 58, of Los Gatos, 8:55 a.m., April 27, at Highway 9 and Oak Street in Saratoga, for a misdemeanor related to driving with privileges suspended or revoked and a citation for using a wireless telephone device while driving.

Hit-And-Run

  • Viet Chung, 25, of San Jose, 11:30 p.m., May 3, at Wolfe and Perimeter roads in Cupertino, for an outstanding warrant related to a hit-and-run. Bail set at $7,500.
  • Walter Moneta, 91, of Santa Clara, 9 a.m., May 4, at 10123 No. Wolfe Rd. in Cupertino, for a misdemeanor citation related to a hit-and-run.

Battery

  • Nathaniel Padilla, 35, May 3, 1:40 p.m., at 14225 Columbet #2 in San Martin, for misdemeanor battery on former spouse, fiance or cohabitant. Bail set at $10,000.
  • Laura Clayton, 40, of Capitola, May 6, 2:30 a.m., at Radonich Ranch on Highland Way in Los Gatos, for one misdemeanor related to battery on former spouse, fiance or cohabitant and two outstanding warrants related to misdemeanors for using or being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $11,000.

Vehicle Theft

  • Israel Lozano, 31, of San Jose, May 3, 4:15 p.m., at Highway 280 and De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, for two misdemeanors related to failure to pay and to appear and one felony related to theft or unauthorized use of vehicle. Bail set at $15,691.
  • Raul Carmona Martinez, 34, of Santa Clara, May 3, 4 p.m., at 21220 Homestead Road in Cupertino, for felony theft or unauthorized use of vehicle. Bail set at $10,000.

Illegal Weapon

Jason Luna, 31, of Morgan Hill, May 3, 5:55 p.m., at Madeline Drive and No. Claremont Avenue in San Jose, for possession of dirk or dagger. Bail set at $5,000.

Contempt of Court

David Jimenez, 33, of Gilroy, May 4, 2:30 p.m., at Race and San Carlos streets in San Jose, for a warrant infraction for not wearing seat belt, two misdemeanors related to contempt of court and one misdemeanor warrant for driving with privileges suspended or revoked. Bail set at $5,000.

Petty Theft

Lin Yao, 44, of San Jose, April 5, 12:23 p.m., at 20955 Stevens Creek Blvd. in Cupertino, for a misdemeanor citation related to petty theft of personal property/larceny.

False Imprisonment

Jose Lemos, 44, of Gilroy, May 5, at 344 Tully Rd. in San Jose, for labor worker false imprisonment with violence.
