Fraud
Poling Wang, 39, of Alameda, 12 p.m., at Imperial County, for a felony warrant related to designing, making, possessing or trafficking in card-making equipment or incomplete access cards with the intent that the equipment or cards be used to make counterfeit access cards.

- Abdu Brown, 33, of San Jose, 9 p.m., at San Carlos Street and DiSalvo Avenue in San Jose, for two misdemeanor warrants related to petty theft and possession of 28.5 grams, or an ounce of marijuana. Bail set at $5,357.
Vandalism
Alejandro Solis, 31, of Cupertino, 6:10 p.m., April 20, at Highway 85 and Phar Lap Drive in Cupertino, for two misdemeanors related to possession of graf device and vandalism in damages between $5,000 and $50,000.

- Chris Garcia, 45, of Sunnyvale, 1:45 a.m., April 20, at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Lawrence Expressway in Cupertino, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked and failing to provide financial responsibility for vehicle.
- Sergio Borruel, 43, of San Jose, 9 p.m., April 24, for four misdemeanor warrants related to driving with privileges suspended or revoked, unlawful possession of paraphernalia, use/under the influence of a controlled substance and making criminal threats to kill or injure a person. Bail set at $10,500.
