Michelle Volpi, 40, of San Jose, 11:15 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Superior Courthouse, 190 W. Hedding St. in San Jose, for two felonies related to perjury and fraud in obtaining Aid to Families with Dependent Children program benefits and food stamps.

Use/Under the Influence

• Ashor Arssinous, 35, of Campbell, 10:10 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Dept. G6, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose, for a misdemeanor related to using/being under the influence.
• Diane Perez, 44, of San Jose, 10:35 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Dept. G6, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose, for a misdemeanor related to using/being under the influence.
• Raymon Stewart, 55, of San Jose, 9:40 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Dept. G6, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose, for a misdemeanor related to using/being under the influence.

DUI

Susan Pearson, 38, of San Jose, 12:26 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for two misdemeanors related to driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher and driving under the influence.

Driving With Privileges Suspended/Possession

Marie Myrick, 34, of San Jose, 11:30 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Dept. 63, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose, for two misdemeanors related to driving with privileges suspended or revoked, using or being under the influence of a controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance. Bail set at $16,000.

Domestic Violence

JeanPaul Vroman, 47, of Sunnyvale, 11:40 a.m., at 161 N. 1st St. and St. James in San Jose, for a misdemeanor violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence. Bail set at $5,000.

Using Wireless Telephone Device While Driving

Duc Nguyen, 44, of San Jose, 5:15 p.m., at South White Road and East Hills Drive in San Jose, for using a wireless telephone device while driving and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

Fraud

Poling Wang, 39, of Alameda, 12 p.m., at Imperial County, for a felony warrant related to designing, making, possessing or trafficking in card-making equipment or incomplete access cards with the intent that the equipment or cards be used to make counterfeit access cards.

Battery

• Rodolfo Lopez, 19, 12:30 p.m., of Santa Clara, at Passetta Apartments 1 on Los Padres Boulevard, for a misdemeanor warrant related to battery on person on school property.
• Karina Hernandez, 18, of San Jose, 4:05 p.m., at Ashdale Drive in San Jose, for misdemeanor battery on former spouse/fiance or cohabitant. Bail set at $10,000.

Trespass

John Torres Gonzales, 20, of Mountain View, 10:30 a.m., at the Palo Alto Courthouse in north Santa Clara County at 270 Grant Ave., for two misdemeanors related to trespassing by entering or occupying and tampering with vehicle.

Hit-And-Run

Francen Amaro, 62, of San Jose, 1:30 p.m. for felony possession of narcotics/controlled substance and two misdemeanor warrants for hit-and-run and driving with privileges suspended or revoked. Bail set at $60,000.

Grand Theft

Kirubel Habetgebreal, 28, of East Palo Alto, 3:30 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for two felony warrants related to grand theft of personal property and making/passing a fictitious check.

Petty Theft

• Christie Vega, 36, of Gilroy, 2:15 p.m., at the South County Courthouse, 701 Diana Ave. in Morgan Hill, for two misdemeanors related to petty theft, suspended license and using a wireless telephone device while driving.
• Abdu Brown, 33, of San Jose, 9 p.m., at San Carlos Street and DiSalvo Avenue in San Jose, for two misdemeanor warrants related to petty theft and possession of 28.5 grams, or an ounce of marijuana. Bail set at $5,357.

Vandalism

Alejandro Solis, 31, of Cupertino, 6:10 p.m., April 20, at Highway 85 and Phar Lap Drive in Cupertino, for two misdemeanors related to possession of graf device and vandalism in damages between $5,000 and $50,000.

• Terrah Olson, 26, of San Jose, 4:30 p.m., April 20, at De Anza Boulevard and Lazaneo Drive in Cupertino, for a misdemeanor related to driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Oscar Hernandez Campos, 25, of Sunnyvale, 5 p.m., April 20, at Homestead Road and Franco Court in Cupertino, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Chris Garcia, 45, of Sunnyvale, 1:45 a.m., April 20, at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Lawrence Expressway in Cupertino, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked and failing to provide financial responsibility for vehicle.
• Sergio Borruel, 43, of San Jose, 9 p.m., April 24, for four misdemeanor warrants related to driving with privileges suspended or revoked, unlawful possession of paraphernalia, use/under the influence of a controlled substance and making criminal threats to kill or injure a person. Bail set at $10,500.

Miguel Vega, 47, of Fresno, 10:55 a.m., at the Fresno County Jail, for two misdemeanor warrants related to being an unlicensed driver, failure to appear and two felony warrants for possesion of a narcotics/controlled substance or making/passing a fictitious check.

Battery
