SUV Flips on Stevens Creek Boulevard

Watch the video to see the car returned to its wheels.

A sport utility vehicle overturned at the intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Blaney Avenue Thursday evening, leaving the vehicle resting on its top in the road.

The accident took place shortly before 7 p.m., according to Santa Clara County Sheriff's spokesman Sgt. Rick Sung. There were no injuries involved in the single-vehicle accident, but considerable damage occurred to the vehicle.

The cause of the accident is unclear at this time and is under investigation, Sung said.

The accident drew considerable attention from on-lookers and passers-by, some stopping to capture the event on phones or cameras.

You can see in the video the tow truck working to turn over the upside-down SUV. It took the tow about five minutes to right the car.
