Among items the Cupertino City Council will consider Tuesday will be approval of a trio of alcoholic beverage licenses.

- A public hearing to consider Community Development Block Grant funds and Human Service grants and Fiscal Year 2013 Annual Action Plan.
- A proposal to continue final approval of the funding allocations and Fiscal Year 2013 Annual Action Plan to May 7, 2013.
- Under ordinances and action items: review a potential application to rezone a .87 gross acre parcel Planned Development General Commercial to Planned Development General Commercial and Residential at 10121 North Foothill Boulevard. Demolish an abandoned automobile service station and construct 6 residential units, including 5 live-work units with detached workspaces. (Staff report)
- Petition for Reconsideration of the extension of the Blue Pheasant restaurant lease at 22100 Stevens Creek Blvd. (Staff report)
