On The Agenda: Cupertino City Council

Among items the Cupertino City Council will consider Tuesday will be approval of a trio of alcoholic beverage licenses.

 

The Cupertino City Council will meet at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, April 16 in the Community Hall Council Chamber, 10350 Torre Ave. The meeting also will be telecast live on the Cupertino’s Video on Demand page.

Among items on the agenda are:

  • A public hearing to consider Community Development Block Grant funds and Human Service grants and Fiscal Year 2013 Annual Action Plan.
  • A proposal to continue final approval of the funding allocations  and Fiscal Year 2013 Annual Action Plan to May 7, 2013.
  • Under ordinances and action items: review a potential application to rezone a .87 gross acre parcel Planned Development General Commercial to Planned Development General Commercial and Residential at 10121 North Foothill Boulevard. Demolish an abandoned automobile service station and construct 6 residential units, including 5 live-work units with detached workspaces.   (Staff report)
  • Petition for Reconsideration of the extension of the Blue Pheasant restaurant lease at 22100 Stevens Creek Blvd. (Staff report)

  • Approval of an alcohol beverage license application from Gumbas Restaurant, 21678 Stevens Creek Blvd.
  • Approval of an alcohol beverage license application from Lei Garden, 10125 Bradley Ave.
  • Approval of an alcohol beverage license application from Cuocui, 10619 S. De Anza Blvd.
