A public meeting on will be held Wednesday at Quinlan Community Center. The tower sits amid the Almaden Air Force Station and is owned by Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District.
The agency, which aims to preserve open space in the area, plans to make the site a recreational destination. It is seeking public input on what to do with the tower.
The meeting at Quinlan will begin with an open house at 6:30 p.m. and allow for public input later. There may be limited time in which to voice your opinion at the meeting so use the comment space here to be heard, and take the poll.
Your comments and poll results—which are unscientific—will be forwarded to the open space district.
