Cupertino Students Head to State Science Fair

Students qualified for the California State Science Fair through the Synopsys Silicon Valley Science and Technology Championship, and must apply for the state fair by March 27.

Close to 1,000 students from across the state will compete in the California State Science Fair this April, including a host of Cupertino students.

The Fair, which will be held in Los Angeles, is the last science fair of the academic year in California for students in grades 6 through 12.

More than $50,000 in total awards and scholarships will be awarded to the winners who qualified through their Synopsys Silicon Valley Science and Technology Championship projects.
