Stroke Rehab Resource Fair

Good Samaritan Hospital will be holding its Stroke Rehabilitation Resource Fair in the cafeteria/community room at its Mission Oaks campus.The event is free.  Pre-registration requested—simply call 1-888-724-2DOC.  People do not need to be previous patients of Good Sam to participate.


The Stroke Rehabilitation Resource Fair for stroke survivors, families and caregivers.  The goal of the resource fair is to make stroke survivors and their personal team aware of free and low-cost services that can contribute to their independence.  This year we will also have licensed Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists available to do 1:1 consultation with participants about their rehabilitation progress.

Participating organizations include:  Live Oak Adult Day Services; Stroke Awareness Foundation; Council on Aging Silicon Valley; Peninsula Stroke
