'The Naylor' Wins CCS Title

Lynbrook sophomore Anna Naylor takes first place in the 138-pound weight division Saturday at the Girls CCS Wrestling Championships at Oak Grove High School.

Lynbrook High School sophomore Anna Naylor finished in first place over the weekend at the Girls Central Coast Section Wrestling Championships at Oak Grove High School.

'The Naylor' as she is refered to, dominated the 138-pound weight division to claim the championship.

Last weekend, Naylor earned first place at the Girls Baler Bash wrestling tournament. Earlier this season, she took second place at the Peninsula Tournament and first place at the Overfelt tournament.

Anna will be competing this weekend, Feb. 1 and 2, in the Central Coast Sectional female wrestling tournament. Last year, she finished in first place. Come to Oak Grove High School this weekend and cheer Anna on to another victory!

Congratulations again to Anna, who won the Woman's Free Style State Wrestling Championship in Fresno on Saturday, April 27th. On to Nationals!
