WORKOUT TAKEOUT
Want to stay in shape while on the road, on vacation or at home with a minimum of equipment? Try this weekly free class for members of the YMCA. Over a six week cycle, you'll learn how to use your environment plus a compact l packable stretching band to maintain and improve your fitness. Each participant will devise their own 30 minute daily workout by selecting appopriate activities from several whole-body demonstrations.
