Japan Earthquake Relief Benefit Concert at Peninsula Bible Church

Allison Sanders, a Monta Vista High School student, will perform Sunday, June 5 in a benefit concert.

Allison Sanders, a senior, is holding a benefit concert Sunday night at in Cupertino.

Sanders says it’s a two-for-one of sorts; it’s a senior recital and a benefit concert for Japan Earthquake Relief.

“The concert is free, but if you'd like to make a donation, all proceeds are going to World Relief and Food for the Hungry,” she says on the Facebook page for the event.

“Oh, and you might hear some Chopin, Beethoven, Liszt, Rachmaninov, Grieg, Prokofiev, and a Piazzolla two-piano duet!”

The concert is from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Peninsula Bible Church, at 10601 N. Blaney Ave. Stay tuned at Sandlot Hero for more information.
