Fatima has been serving the Chinese Muslim community since 1993. In 2006 it expanded and moved to the present location. It is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Some of the customer's favorites are the homemade, thick, knife-cut noodles, the sizzling rice soup and the sesame green onion pancakes.
