Serving more than 18,000 students in 20 elementary schools and five middle schools, the Cupertino Union School…More District covers a 26-square mile area which includes the city of Cupertino, as well as portions of neighboring cities San Jose, Sunnyvale, Saratoga, Santa Clara and Los Altos.</p> <p>CUSD's student population is diverse: 70 percent Asian (includes Indian subcontinent), 23 percent white , 5 percent Hispanic, and 1 percent each black and Filipino -- with about 48 languages represented.</p> <p>The schools in the district are high-performing schools achieving top API test scores year after year.</p>
