Cooking is my passion , I cook when I am happy, I cook when I am low, I cook when I am relaxed , I cook when I am stressed. My love for cooking comes from my basic  fondness for eating good healthy food. I pursued my passion for cooking by producing, hosting and editing a cooking show "Indian Vegetarian Gourmet" on local channel . My show  has won numerous national awards and was aired in different countries around the world.  A year ago I decide to take this passion of cooking to a diferent level and decided to work on understanding the science of food and nutrition. Small flaw in this scenario, my educational background is in Accounting. I have not studied sciences since I left high school. Curently I am back to school and taking all science prerequisites to pursue  a masters in Nutrition. This blog is wonderful way to share my recent adventures in cooking while studying.
