Brand New Cupertino Home Sold for $2.45 Million

The home has just under 4,000 square feet and is loaded with high-end details.

Some homebuyers love the character and charm of older homes. But others see aging heating systems, homes wired with enough electrical output for a TV and a toaster, and  master bedroom closets the size of modern entry hall coat closets.

A newly constructed home was recently sold in Cupertino for $2,450,000. The home has five bedrooms including two master suites, 4.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, gorgeous wood and natural stone and a courtyard. The living room, family room and master bedroom all boast fireplaces.

The home is at 20699 Rodrigues Ave., south of Stevens Creek and sandwiched between De Anza Boulevard and the college.
